The Rotation
Things I seem to make a lot, for easy reference.

Mains
Butternut Squash, Kale, and Bacon tacos
It was Tuesday. You know what that means…. TACOS! But after a long stretch of eating old school crunchy tacos, I needed something different.

Mains
Jambalaya
Mind blowing awesomeness.

Salad
Smoked Chicken, Zucchini, Pecorino, Almond Salad
Sometimes a simple salad is all it takes to make you remember how awesome food can be. This is that salad.

Mains
Carnitas
Remember that ice cream bar that asked you, what would you doooo for a … Screw that – i’d do anything for great carnitas.

Mains
Sea Bass, Artichokes, Cherry Tomato
Kick ass, Sea bass! Pan seared sea bass, crispy artichokes, kicking sauce. Deliciousness Maximized.

Mains
Lamb Chops with Olives, Capers, and Onions
I love lamb chops, they are delicious on their own but a little something extra is nice too. This something extra is pretty intense. Think chicken piccata but with lamb and olives. Piquant from the lemon and capers, sultry from the olive, and sweet from the onion.

Salad
Skirt Steak, Farro, and Arugula Salad
Steak and farro with lemon vinaigrette and arugula make for an awesome salad. This one will end up on your regular rotation.

Mains
Smoked Tri-Tip
Sultry. Complex. On the surface, cut from standard cloth, but when tasting it turns out exotic and rich. That is smoked tri-tip.

Salad
The Family Salad
The perfect house salad. Tangy creamy dressing, crisp lettuce, mix of veggies, crunchy croutons. What more could you ask for from a humble salad?

Mains
Chili
Chili is love. You better love your kitchen when you embark on this. When it’s done, everyone who tries it will love you.

Mains
Pork Chili Verde
Comfort often comes at a price. Tons of ingredients. An arduous journey through prep. Long, slow cooks. Many ways to mess up.

Mains
Beans, Sausage, Kale Casserole
A casserole play on white bean, sausage, and kale soup. Super yummy!
