Ranch Dressing

Name: Ranch Dressing
Ingredients: 1 tsp lemon juice; 1 tsp dill chopped; 1 tsp chives minced; 1 cloves pressed garlic; 1/2 cup buttermilk; 1/4 cup mayo; 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or more mayo); 1/2 tsp white pepper; big pinch of salt

Good for salads, chicken wings, and dipping your pizza crust into.

Mise en Place

Produce

1 tsplemon juice
1 tspdill chopped
1 tspchives minced
1 clovespressed garlic

Dairy

1/2 cupbuttermilk

Staples

1/4 cupmayo
1/4 cupGreek yogurt (or more mayo)
1/2 tspwhite pepper
big pinch of salt

Directions

Combine mayo, cream, and buttermilk
Fold in other stuff
Adjust salt
Thin with more buttermilk
