Avocado Dressing

Name: Avocado Dressing
Ingredients: 1 avocado, skin off, pit discarded; 1 handful cilantro; 1 clove garlic,; 2 limes juiced; kosher salt; water; 1 small greek yogurt

A quasi-southwestern dressing. Good for a simple salad (think romaine, pepitas, tomato). And to dip stuff in.

1avocado, skin off, pit discarded
1 handfulcilantro
1 clovegarlic,
2 limesjuiced

Staples

kosher salt
water

Dairy

1 smallgreek yogurt

Equipment

stick blender
mason jar

Directions

put everything except salt and water in a mason jar
blend
taste and adjust salt, add some water to thin to desired consistency
